Getting your artwork correct is a key factor to ensure your project can be manufactured within your timeframe. Artwork Specifications

All artwork must be supplied as a 300dpi vector file PDF or Illustrator 10 with all fonts converted to curves/outlines.
Colours must be saved as spot colour or CMYK (not RGB)

CMYK: Great for printing - cmyk stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
RGB: NOT FOR PRINTING only good for images on computer monitors and television screen.
Vector file: An image drawn in illustrator.
Outlines/Curves: A font is converted into a graphic.
